When Life gives you lemons...

Make Lemonade!

Or in my case - when you manage to order 1kg of fresh ginger in your grocery shop:



make fresh ginger cake.




Smells good, but it is still too hot to taste and it's bedtime.

    i've never heard of ginger cake, but it sounds and looks good. we use fresh ginger all the time....in tea....it's good for you.

    i'd love to make ginger beer...have you ever had it?? quite yummy too.
